Christine Kowalczyk, a seasoned management and global operations expert, steps in as interim CEO and CFO. She brings over 25 years of experience in directing global teams and building service/client support programs. Prior to joining MEDVA, Christine held various C-level roles at firms including Support.com, CBRE, cxLoyalty, Paycor, and Concentrix. Her appointment marks a pivotal moment for MEDVA as it embarks on a new phase of growth and innovation.
The executive team also includes Casey Bull, who expands her role as COO of the MyOrthoVA division to become interim COO for the entire company. With a background in managing orthodontic practices, Casey's expertise will be invaluable in driving operational excellence across MEDVA's business units.
Joining Christine Kowalczyk and Casey Bull is Omeed Mohammad-Jafari, who assumes the role of Head of International Operations. With over 20 years of management experience, Mohammad-Jafari brings a wealth of knowledge to MEDVA's global expansion efforts.
