At MEDVA Holdings, LLC (“MEDVA”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) we know you care about protecting your personal data, and we take your privacy seriously. This policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and share the information of individuals who access or use MEDVA’s website.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our data collection and processing activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they share with MEDVA or that MEDVA collects through our website.

Information We Collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide such information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you request a free consultation, we may ask for your contact information, including your name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Log Files

MEDVA follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering our website, tracking users’ movement on our website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, MEDVA uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on our website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize our users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that may appear on our website, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. Note that MEDVA has no access to or control over cookies that are used by third-party advertisers. You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. MEDVA’s Privacy Policy does not apply to advertisers or links to third-party websites that may appear on our website. Sharing of Information Collected with Third Parties

We may share your information with certain third parties in other circumstances, including to comply with law, prevent fraud or imminent harm, and/or ensure the security of our network and services. However, we do not share personal information with third parties that we have reason to believe use such information for their own direct marketing purposes.

What Rights Do I Have and How May I Exercise Them?

California residents may have rights such as the right to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, access your information, request that we delete or correct certain information, and to exercise these rights free from discrimination. Please note that the CCPA limits these rights by, for example, prohibiting businesses from providing certain sensitive information in response to an access request and limiting the circumstances in which they must comply with a deletion request.

Opt-Out Rights / Do Not Sell My Personal Information 

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information. MEDVA does not sell your personal information to third parties for profit or monetary or other valuable consideration, and therefore we do not provide opt-out request processes for the sale of personal information because we do not undertake such activities.

Opt-Out Rights / Do Not Share My Personal Information

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sharing” of their personal information. MEDVA may use third-party analytical and targeted advertising features on our website and similar web tools provided by our marketing partners. Such features, tools and marketing relationships may involve the disclosure of your personal information to third parties and may constitute the “sharing” of your personal information for CCPA purposes. In some cases, we may also need you to provide us with additional information, which may include personal data, if necessary to verify your identity and the nature of your request.

Legal Bases for Processing

We will only process your personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so. Legal bases for processing will depend on the type of personal data and the specific context in which we process such data, but include:

Children’s Information

If you are under the age of 13, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction where you reside, please do not submit or attempt to submit any personal data about yourself to us.
